Prophetic Vision of the Destruction of Portland, Seattle & Anchorage?
Or Too Many Tacos on an Empty Stomach
Looking for Truth?
I’ve been a Baptist since the age of 19 when I had an encounter with an alien being that defied my belief system and experience (see below). However, I have learned that truth is often delivered in strange wrappings. And, the source doesn’t always look and sound like a Baptist.
Treasure hunters unearth gems and valuable coins and other things by searching in obscure and often difficult places. Many of these searches are done in places that others have passed by as unlikely or was dismissed after a cursory search.
So, as a searcher of truth, I’ve learned to look in places that the ordinary Baptist would dismiss as a place or person unlikely to hold truth. God taught me early in my Christian experience that not all Christians look like me or sound like me or dress like me or talk like me or think like me. But, in spite of that, I have to confess that although God expanded my vision years ago, there came a time in my life when, after associating with a particular sect within the Baptist world, I forgot what He’d showed me. For many years, under the tutelage and instruction of men I held in high esteem, I narrowed my focus so much that I excluded looking for truth from anyone except those approved by the hierarchy.
Cults are Populated with Ignorant People
Don’t misunderstand me. I believe that we need to be cautious about what we put into our minds and before our eyes, especially if someone is younger and ignorant. Millions of people have been led into cults mainly because of ignorance. It does not mean they’re stupid. It is one thing to search for truth and to study to “see if those things are true” and to search for truth and accept what sounds good to you and is thus accepted as truth. Every cult depends on deception and are mostly made up of people who were once in a legitimate church.
Fortunately, there came a time when I removed the blinders. Once I removed them, my narrowly focused, myopic vision disappeared and I went back to doing what God had showed me in my early years. I began finding jewels of truth from a variety of sources that I’d not ordinarily utilize.
Can a Charismatic Christian Bring Truth?
I learned that even though I may differ from someone’s theology, I could learn things from some such people. I said “some” for a reason. There was one single factor that was common to every person, male or female, from whom I learned something of value. They had to have a love for God and a walk with God. They may speak in “other tongues,” may have a belief that one can, by their works, affect their salvation, or may have other beliefs and practices that don’t line up with mine. However, if they have the heart for God and a walk commiserate with that, then I may find value in things they say. It’s enabled me to listen to some who have given me some extremely valuable insights to God’s truths. I’ve learned that others have insights to some truths God has given them that I do not have. I’ve learned one can walk with God and hold some doctrinal aberrations.
For those of you who believe God no longer speaks to mankind in dreams and visions because of the man-made platitude that “God’s Word is Closed!” I can only say…Good luck explaining that to God, one day, because it isn’t in the Bible.
The Janitor Who Became a… Real Prophet?
This ability to listen to people outside my “zone” is what enabled me to listen to a man I’ve come to call “The Janitor Prophet,” although he’s not a janitor. He used to be. His name is Brandon and he’s definitely Charismatic. And, to be perfectly honest, I’ve had some “cringe” moments with him–call them Baptist knee-jerk reactions. For example, his discernment in terms of who he holds in high esteem makes me take deep breaths and shake my head slowly in exasperation at times.
But, God reminded me that I was once such a man. I held a man and other men in my Baptist world in very high esteem, in spite of the fact that I did love God and I did walk with God. I did not see their wickedness and ungodliness and carnality. I was ignorant. I was deceived. It did not mean I didn’t possess truth. God had shown me many truths. But, I was deceived and impressed with various leaders within my denomination. So, I have to take a deep breath when I come across such men as the Janitor Prophet who holds people in high esteem that I’m convinced are less than genuine. They may be Christians, but I don’t believe they are what he and many others believe them to be.
Baptists Are Not the Sole Repositories of Truth
I say all of this to explain why I would ever recommend anyone listen to this man, this Charismatic Janitor Prophet, especially those who know me as a life-long Baptist. Ordinarily, I would not since I don’t know enough about the man beyond the fact I am convinced he’s a good man and loves God.
However, he’s recently made public a “vision.” I suppose it could be called a “prophetic vision”–I believe that’s what he calls it. But, this man’s “vision” is so incredible and the events so catastrophic that we should all be talking about what he said is going to happen. Even if your doubt, on a scale of 1-10 is a “10,” you should discuss it. People in these geographical areas need to, at the least, hear about it and have the opportunity to accept it and take measures, if they choose. (I’ve put a link at the bottom for his video.)
The Prophetic Vision of the The Janitor Prophet
Yellowstone Erupts.
Portland Destroyed.
Seattle in the Ocean.
Anchorage, Alaska on Fire.
Tokyo Submerged.
The vision he says he had would be the most catastrophic event that has ever happened in modern history.
All of this begins with the eruption of the Yellowstone volcano. He said after the eruption of the volcano in Yellowstone National Park, a giant earthquake occurs along the infamous San Andreas fault line. It will affect San Francisco, but according to this man, it will not be as catastrophic to that area as it will be to the Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington area. He has no timeline for this event, so this is something that could occur any time, prior to the Rapture event or some time thereafter.
The earthquake, according to his vision, creates a massive tsunami that will submerge Tokyo and parts of Japan as well as Hawaii. His vision saw water running inland from the Oregon/Washington area for “hundreds of miles.” That’s pretty difficult to accept, frankly. However, I’m merely repeating what the man asserts that he saw. He said the tsunami hit Anchorage, Alaska but what he saw there was a huge firestorm.
DO VISIONS FROM GOD STILL COME TO PEOPLE TODAY?
As someone who has never had a “vision,” (though I have seen an Angel, face to face–something I did not believe existed at the time-see link below), I do not say people cannot have a vision. I know two women in my life (mother and my wife) who had a vision of the event known as the Rapture. So, such things are, I believe, possible. I think they are relatively rare, but they are not impossible. Therefore, I cannot be dismissive of this man’s purported vision, in spite of our differences in theology. You should not be dismissive, either. If you have friends or family in these locations, you don’t one day have to wipe your hands across your face and mutter, “Why was I so arrogant to think God had to communicate that to only someone I would find acceptable?”
I’d be remiss not to pass this on, especially if only one person read this and was impressed enough to take some precautions that would save his or her life or protect a family from destruction. I would not want to one day sit with regrets because I did not warn my friend (who lives in Portland).
Do what you will, but seriously consider passing this on, especially if you have friends or relatives in the affected areas.
"And it shall be in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams" (Act 2:17).
